Our client is a leading international distribution company specialising in security technologies and integrated technical solutions, with over three decades of experience in the Southeast European market. Their portfolio includes advanced systems such as video surveillance, access control, fire safety, and intelligent building management, supported by a strong focus on innovation. With the ongoing expansion of their technical operations, they are seeking a T echnical Support Specialist to provide expert support and educate customers on the technical aspects and functionality of the security systems.

Technical Support Specialist (Security Systems) Responsibilities Provide technical support to B2B customers and resolve system-related issues via email and phone;

Work closely with the sales team to address technical requirements and challenges;

Propose and design security system solutions (e.g. video surveillance, intrusion systems);

Deliver training sessions to colleagues, clients, and installers;

Prepare and maintain technical documentation and training materials;

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Requirements Technical education (preferably in electrical engineering or a related field);

At least 3 years of experience in technical support of security systems or similar;

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills;

Ability to work independently and take initiative;

Good communication and presentation skills;

Team-oriented mindset;

Solid working knowledge of MS Office;

Motivation to learn and develop professionally;

Proficiency in English.
