What they need
- Position: Technical Support Specialist (Spanish Bilingual)
- Language: 100% bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Education & Speech: College graduate or higher with fluent, articulate, and clear verbal communication skills.
- Technical Aptitude: Foundational knowledge of AC/DC circuits, breakers, wiring, solar power, and battery storage (BESS) is a plus!
- Support Experience: Background in customer service/tech support (call center background preferred).
- Problem-Solving & Tools: Skilled at simplifying technical jargon, executing guided troubleshooting scripts, and utilizing internal tools like EF CRM and EF R&D WebPortal.
- Start Date: ASAP
