Technical Support Specialist- Websites & Apps

Scale Up Philippines is hiring a Technical Support Specialist for a leading UK technology company specializing in websites, mobile apps, SEO, and digital services.

You will provide technical support to customers via email, phone, and Zoom, troubleshoot website and app issues, and coordinate with developers when advanced support is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot website, mobile app, hosting, and platform issues.
• Assist customers with website updates, functionality, navigation, and account concerns.
• Support platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Duda, and GoodBarber.
• Handle technical support through email, phone, and Zoom.
• Investigate bugs and escalate complex issues to developers.
• Maintain accurate support records, documentation, and FAQs.
• Take ownership of customer issues from initial report through resolution.

Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Support, Website Support, IT Helpdesk, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress, Drupal, Duda, or similar CMS platforms.
• Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Understanding of domains, DNS, hosting, email configuration, and website publishing.
• Experience troubleshooting website and web application issues.
• Experience communicating technical solutions to non-technical customers.
• Comfortable handling customer support through phone, email, and video calls.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
