What they need
- Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related course
- Knowledgeable in Windows troubleshooting, software installation, basic networking, and remote support
- Able to assist clients through phone, chat, and remote access, and provide on-site support when needed
- Willing to learn and support PETC operations and other company projects and systems
- Able to document issues, monitor their status, and escalate concerns when needed
- Patient, organized, and able to explain technical steps clearly to clients
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including early morning shifts
- Holds a valid driver's license and knows how to drive for field assignments (advantage)
- Experience in client support, PETC or PMVIC systems, or other software projects (advantage)
