💻 TECHNICAL SUPPORT STAFF – GPS & POS DEVICES

📍 Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a Technical Support Staff to handle the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of GPS tracking devices and Sunmi POS devices, ensuring reliable device performance and quality technical support for our clients.

🛠️ DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, configure, test, repair, and troubleshoot GPS tracking devices and Sunmi POS devices.
• Perform on-site technical support, maintenance, and device replacement when necessary.
• Diagnose hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Assist clients with device setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with the technical team to resolve technical concerns and escalated issues.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and troubleshooting activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

🎯 QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or any related technical course. Vocational graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, mobile devices, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in GPS tracking systems, POS devices, or technical support is an advantage.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel to client locations as required. (Must have a driver's license)
• Willing to work flexible hours when necessary.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge are encouraged to apply!
