Technical Support Staff

Job Summary:

The IT Support and Field Service Technician provides technical support for the company's IT systems, products, and end users. The role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, networks, CCTV systems, and other IT equipment, while supporting on-site projects, preventive maintenance, and system reliability to ensure efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for computers, laptops, printers, telephones, CCTV systems, and other IT-related equipment.
• Deliver technical support for the company's products, including troubleshooting and resolving customer technical issues.
• Perform on-site field service for company projects, including LED video wall installation, network deployment, CCTV installation, computer servicing, and technical support for offices, warehouses, and other company facilities.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, network devices, CCTV systems, and structured cabling to support business operations.
• Conduct daily server data backups and verify backup integrity to ensure data security and business continuity.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure, including computers, network equipment, peripheral devices, and communication systems, to ensure reliable system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and restore normal operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and system updates to extend equipment lifespan and ensure optimal performance.

Qualification:

• Associate or Bachelors Graduate of Information Technology or any related Field.

• Open for TESDA Graduate with NCII Certification(Computer Servicing)

• Knowledgeable of Computer Repair, Software Installation and Network Cabling

• Willing to be on Field Service

• No fear in Heights (for LED Wall Installation and Networking)

• Experience on the same field is a plus
