Technical Support Supervisor

Job Duties:

• Lead and mentor the technical support team, assign tasks, and enhance the team's overall technical competency and work efficiency.
• Provide advanced technical consultation and troubleshooting for internal teams and external clients, resolving complex technical issues.
• Work closely with the Sales team to oversee project progress from installation through to maintenance contract signing, ensuring smooth handovers and seamless customer communication.
• Assist in formulating sales and marketing strategies to build new relationships with target customer segments that value high-quality ELV system installation and maintenance, leading the team to achieve revenue targets.
• Supervise the installation and maintenance quality of ELV Systems (covering Audio Visual, Video Wall & Signage, CCTV, Access Control, Alarm, IoT systems, etc.), ensuring compliance with company and client standards.
• Manage and handle special projects as assigned by the company.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in ELV systems with no less than 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in Cantonese and good command of English, with strong written Chinese and English skills.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Support Engineer
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
