Are you an experienced technical support professional with strong leadership skills? We are looking for a Technical Support Lead who can manage team performance, drive operational excellence, and deliver outstanding customer support.

🔹 Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Lead and support technical support team operations.
• Manage, monitor, and drive team KPIs and KRAs.
• Provide technical support to US customers through Voice, Chat & Email.
• Handle hardware troubleshooting for desktops and laptops.
• Troubleshoot server-related technical issues.
• Ensure excellent customer service and effective issue resolution.
• Demonstrate strong communication and team management skills.
• Be flexible to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
