Technical Support Writer

Key Responsibilities

Prepare engineering reports, technical proposals, and presentation slides.

Develop, edit, and maintain engineering documents in a clear, accurate, and well-organized manner.

Compile and organize project documentation, technical records, and reports.

Assist engineers in preparing authority submissions, technical documentation, and project deliverables.

Coordinate with project teams to collect, verify, and compile technical information.

Ensure documentation complies with company standards and project requirements.

Perform general office administrative and documentation support as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

STPM, Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in office administration, technical documentation, or related work. Fresh graduates with good writing and computer skills are encouraged to apply.

Experience in an engineering consultancy firm will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of M&E engineering or industrial/building systems is an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent written communication and document formatting skills.

Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time management abilities.

Quick learner with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
