Job Responsibilities

• Communication: Must have international Voice experience with exceptional English communication skills.
• Support: Handle customer calls and troubleshoot technical issues for Router/Modem or Wifi devices.
• FCR: Ensure resolution is provided in the first customer interaction.
• Learning: Acquire knowledge about newly released products and recent updates.

Technical & Soft Skills

• Motivation: Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
• Comprehension: Strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors.
• Troubleshooting: Handle internet issues related to networking, Router, Modem and DHCP and DNS WIFi.
• Mindset: Customer-centricapproach with an eagerness to upgrade technical knowledge.
