Technical Systems Engineer (Thailand)

Reporting into Sr Manager, Business

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical pre/post sales consultation on qualified Panduit business opportunities related to positioning of our Enterprise and Data Center, Structured Cabling Solutions in complex network environment.

• Work with sales account manager to quantify and articulate value of Panduit solution, close opportunity

• Help the end-user with pre and post solution deployment technical support

• Engage with appropriate internal & external resources (Sales, Product Management, Business Development, Field Technical Support, Alliance Partners, System Integrators, End-Users, etc.) to help drive opportunities from inception through successful implementation.

• Excellent communicator of technical topics and subjects to a technical and non-technical audience including technical presentation or training to a large number of people.

• Ability to work on technical proposal or presentation independently and professionally.

• Self-motivated and willing to learn and embrace new technology via self-teaching as well as formal certification.

• Traveling within in-country as well as outside the country as and when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Management Information Systems Required

• Minimum 5 years’ experience

• Preferably with Cisco Certified Network Associate/Professional (CCNA/CCNP) Certification and/or Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP)

• Preferably working experience in System Integrator or Pre-sales environment

• Knowledge and understanding of Enterprise and Data Center Infrastructure design concepts and structure cabling standards preferred
