Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system designs and solutions.
• Develop, test, and implement software applications, APIs, and integrations using languages such as JavaScript, Python, C#, and Java within various environments including cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Manage system configuration, version control, and deployment processes utilizing tools such as Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable software delivery.
• Perform system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolve technical issues related to network configurations, operating systems (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware/ESXi), and database systems (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL).
• Support system security measures including vulnerability assessments, threat intelligence integration, firewall management, load balancing, and system hardening to safeguard enterprise data.
• Conduct requirements analysis for enterprise solutions involving Service-oriented architecture (SOA), solution architecture design, and systems integration strategies.
• Assist in the implementation of enterprise applications like Salesforce or Pegasystems while ensuring compliance with IT infrastructure standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field; advanced certifications preferred.
• Proven experience with software development life cycle (SDLC), system architecture design, and application development within Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components including networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN), operating systems (Windows Server/Linux), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
• Hands-on experience with database management systems such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL or NoSQL databases; familiarity with scripting languages like Bash or Shell Scripting is a plus.
• Expertise in systems engineering concepts including load balancing, system hardening, security protocols (RESTful API security), and vulnerability management.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements through business analysis techniques; excellent cross-functional communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices including continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD), version control tools like Git, container orchestration with Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
• Knowledge of enterprise application frameworks such as.NET or Ruby on Rails; experience with web services (SOAP/REST) is highly desirable.

Pay: $91,600.00 - $117,000.00 per year
