Technical Systems & Integration Lead

We are building a fast-growing outbound sales operation in Cebu and are looking for a strong, hands-on technical lead to take ownership of the systems behind it.

This role sits at the center of our operation — connecting CRM, telephony, client platforms, payment flows, APIs, reporting, and automation into one reliable system.

We are looking for someone who can both *build and own*.

You should be technical enough to create and maintain integrations yourself, but also confident enough to work directly with operations, vendors, client developers, and future technical team members.

What You’ll Own:

• Our CRM environment using Zoho CRM or Pipedrive
• Integrations with client platforms, initially Checkout Champ and Vrio
• CommPeak telephony and dialer integrations
• APIs, webhooks, automation, and system-to-system data flows
• Agent-assisted payment integrations and payment-related workflows
• Reporting, dashboards, and BI connections
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, logging, and system reliability
• Technical onboarding of new brands and clients
• Coordination with client developers and third-party technology providers
• Future developers and technical resources as the team grows

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in systems integration, technical operations, CRM, software integrations, or contact center technology
• At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience working with APIs, webhooks, CRM platforms, and third-party integrations
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, webhooks, and system workflows
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and automation
• Experience with VoIP, telephony, dialers, or contact center systems
• Ability to write and maintain integration code using Node.js, Python, PHP, or a similar language
• Comfortable working with databases, logs, APIs, and cloud-based platforms
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership from requirement to production

Strong Advantages:

• Previous experience in BPO, outbound sales, e-commerce, payments, or telehealth
• Experience with Checkout Champ, Vrio, CommPeak, or similar platforms
• Experience with payment integrations and PCI-related environments
• Experience building reporting or BI integrations
• Experience leading or coordinating developers or technical resources
• Experience working in a fast-moving startup or scale-up environment

• We are also not looking for someone who only manages developers without being hands-on.
• We want someone who can understand a business requirement, design the technical solution, build or implement it, test it, launch it, and own it afterward.
• You will have significant responsibility, direct access to decision-makers, and the opportunity to shape the entire technical infrastructure of a growing operation from an early stage.

For the right person, this role can grow into a broader Head of Systems / Technical Operations position as the company expands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php100,000.00 per month
