Technical Systems Supervisor

Job Summary:

Holman Technical Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Technical Systems Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day coordination and performance of technical systems used across business and service operations. The role will provide practical supervision for system support activities, ensuring technical issues, maintenance needs, and user requirements are handled effectively.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise daily support and operational activities across technical systems
• Coordinate system-related requests, incidents, and maintenance requirements
• Allocate technical tasks according to priority and available resources
• Monitor system performance and follow up on recurring technical issues
• Work with technical specialists to troubleshoot operational problems
• Coordinate planned system maintenance, updates, and routine checks
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, changes, and completed technical work
• Liaise with users to understand system concerns and service requirements
• Support testing following system changes or technical improvements
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when specialist assistance is required
• Review recurring support patterns and recommend practical system improvements

Requirements:

• Experience in technical systems, IT support, systems administration, technology operations, technical services, or a related environment
• Good understanding of common business technology and system-support practices
• Strong troubleshooting and practical problem-solving abilities
• Ability to organise technical workloads and changing priorities
• Clear communication with technical colleagues and system users
• Comfortable working with support records, system information, and technical documentation
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Supervisory or senior technical support experience is advantageous but not essential
• Technology, computing, information systems, or related qualifications are helpful, with relevant hands-on experience also considered
