Technical Systems Trainer – Telecom

The Technical Systems Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs for employees, operations teams, and system users within a telecommunications environment. The role focuses on training users on telecom systems, applications, network platforms, operational tools, and standard processes, ensuring users are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to effectively and accurately perform their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs covering telecom systems, applications, platforms, and operational processes.
• Conduct classroom, virtual, hands-on, and system-based training sessions for technical and non-technical users.
• Provide training on OSS/BSS, network management systems, provisioning platforms, monitoring tools, service management systems, and other telecom applications, as applicable.
• Develop training materials, presentations, user manuals, job aids, system guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Translate complex technical concepts and system functionalities into clear and practical training content.
• Conduct demonstrations, simulations, hands-on exercises, and competency assessments.
• Assess training needs based on system changes, business requirements, operational gaps, and user competency levels.
• Coordinate with Network, IT, Engineering, Operations, Application Support, and other technical teams to ensure training materials are accurate and current.
• Review new system features, upgrades, enhancements, and process changes and incorporate them into training programs.
• Conduct onboarding, refresher, upskilling, and system-specific training programs.
• Monitor participant attendance, completion, assessment results, and training effectiveness.
• Gather participant feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate training records, documentation, and knowledge repositories.
• Provide post-training assistance and clarification to users when necessary.
• Support training activities during system implementation, migration, rollout, upgrades, and operational transitions.
• Ensure training programs comply with established telecom processes, technical standards, and organizational requirements.
• Prepare training reports and provide recommendations to management regarding training effectiveness and competency gaps.
• Continuously improve training methodologies, materials, and delivery approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics/Communications Engineering, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in technical training, systems training, IT training, telecom training, or technical instruction.
• Experience working with or training users on telecommunications systems, IT systems, network platforms, enterprise applications, or operational tools.
• Professional certification in training, instruction, facilitation, or learning and development.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different levels of users.
• Experience developing technical training materials, manuals, guides, and instructional documentation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
• Ability to conduct assessments and evaluate learner competency.

Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
