Technical Talent Acquisition Apprentice

We are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Apprentice to support our recruitment team in hiring top engineering and technical talent. This apprenticeship offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, candidate engagement, sourcing strategies, and employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes and identify candidates who match technical hiring requirements.
• Conduct initial recruiter screening calls to assess candidate fit, interest, and communication skills.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is accurate and up to date.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and recruitment events.
• Partner with recruiters to improve sourcing strategies and enhance the candidate experience.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.

Requirements

• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and the technology industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of software engineering roles and common technology stacks is an advantage.
• Previous internship experience in recruitment, HR, or sourcing is a plus but not mandatory.
