Technical Team Lead

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead with strong technical expertise and proven leadership experience. Drive technical direction, ensure code quality, and deliver scalable, high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Web Developers.
• Provide technical direction and hands-on support throughout the development lifecycle.
• Design and develop scalable web applications and backend systems.
• Review code, establish coding standards, and ensure software quality.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, and other technical teams to deliver projects on time.
• Manage technical tasks, project priorities, and development timelines.
• Drive best practices in software architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
• Continuously evaluate and introduce new technologies to improve system performance and development efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 8+ years of software/web development experience, with proven experience as a Team Lead / Technical Lead.
• Strong experience managing and mentoring 5+ team members.
• Strong hands-on technical skills in: Golang, PHP / Laravel, Python / Django
• Database experience with: MySQL, MongoDB, Microsoft SQL Server
• Good understanding experience with Git / Git workflow.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, API development, database design, and system integration.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
