Technical Team Lead

• Lead, guide, and mentor a team of 5+ developers across multiple projects.

• Drive end-to-end development of scalable and maintainable software solutions.

• Review code, enforce coding standards, and improve development best practices.

• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and provide technical direction.

• Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones with high-quality outputs.

• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and optimize team performance.

• Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and progress tracking.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in team leadership.

• Proven track record of leading teams of 5 or more developers.

• Strong understanding of software development processes (SDLC, Agile).

• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and multiple projects effectively.

• Hands-on experience in any backend or frontend technology (Python/Node/Java etc. if needed, we can customize).

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Ability to mentor juniors and create a collaborative team environment.
