Technical Team Lead / Development Lead (C#/.NET)

Overview

Seeking an experienced Technical Team Lead to support a major IT refactoring programme and the maintenance of internal applications. The role combines hands-on development with team leadership, technical oversight, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a development team.
• Manage Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and delivery planning.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure code quality, development standards, and best practices are followed.
• Drive continuous improvement, automated testing, and technical documentation.
• Contribute to solution design, effort estimation, and technical decision-making.

Required Experience

• Proven experience within the Luxembourg Life Insurance sector.
• Strong project delivery and team leadership experience.
• Strong development background in C# and JavaScript/TypeScript .
• Experience with Agile , DevSecOps , CI/CD , and Git .
• Knowledge of software architecture and development best practices (Clean Code, SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI).
• Experience with tools such as Jira , GitLab , and Confluence .
• Understanding of application security principles.
• Fluent in French and English .
