Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled Team Lead to join our team to work on our product console. Our Console is the user facing tool for a powerful and complex data platform that will be used by internal and external customers.

This is an AI native team so experience using AI tools is a must. Experience with modern cloud infrastructure is also crucial to this job.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of ICs
• Delegate tasks and guide priorities and execution
• Own team delivery and achievement of objectives
• Participate in design and architecture meetings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Contribute to codebase
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability
• Implement security best practices

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience managing a team
• Experience with using AI tools like claude code
• Experience with Python and Django development
• Experience with idp management (preferably Keycloak)
• Experience with cloud platforms
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

Bonus Qualifications

• Knowledge of message queuing systems
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools
• Contributions to open-source projects
