Technical Trainee

We are looking for a Technical Trainee who is eager to build a career in technical and IT support. The selected trainee will undergo a 2-month training program with allowance, gaining hands-on experience in equipment setup, installation, troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and testing of printers and other IT equipment.

Fresh graduates and applicants with little to no work experience are welcome to apply.

Training & Key Responsibilities

During the 2-month training period, the Technical Trainee will:

• Assist with on-site product demonstrations, setup, and installation of printers and other IT equipment.
• Learn and perform basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Assist with repair, preventive maintenance, and testing of technical equipment.
• Provide technical assistance and support during field assignments.
• Learn basic computer servicing and electronics troubleshooting.
• Travel to customer sites and other locations nationwide as required.
• Work with the technical team to diagnose and resolve basic equipment issues.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Develop practical technical and field-service skills through hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Technical-vocational graduates with relevant training are also encouraged to apply.
• Entry-level applicants are welcome.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with or without related work experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of electronics repair, computer servicing, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently and reliably.
• Willing to work under pressure.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules.
• Willing to work in the field and travel nationwide.
• Preferably residing in South NCR, particularly Taguig, Makati, or Mandaluyong.
