Technical Trainer (Automotive)

Primarily responsible for delivering technical training programs on automotive servicing, vehicle fundamentals, troubleshooting, and other trainings to ensure optimal customer vehicle operation.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or any related course
2. Must have Technical and Automotive knowledge
3. Strong understanding of equipment specifications and schematics, and technical documentation
4. With experience in training program development and designing technical course content
5. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
6. Effective communications skills, both verbal and written
7. Proactive individual with keen attention to details and good organizational skills
8. With an exceptional degree of creativity, resourcefulness, and analytical skills
9. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
10. Willingness to travel for trainings and seminars and client sites assisting onsite repairs and maintenance as needed
