MS DYNAMICS 365 SPECIALIST/DEVELOPER

To strengthen the IT team, our client is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional CRM Specialist / Developer.

Your Challenge

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional CRM Specialist / Developer, you will become one of the key internal points of contact for the Dynamics 365 CRM platform.

You will act as the bridge between users, business processes, and technology. You will analyze business needs, translate them into smart solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM, and ensure that users can rely on a high-performing and stable platform every day.

This role offers a unique opportunity to help build strong internal expertise while making a direct impact on the further development of a strategic CRM environment used daily across the organization.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will:

• Translate business needs into efficient, sustainable, and future-proof solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

• Configure, optimize, and further develop Dynamics 365 CRM according to user and business requirements.

• Build solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Analyze and resolve incidents and user requests while identifying opportunities for structural improvements.

• Work closely with Customer Care, Sales, Product Owners, external suppliers, and other stakeholders to further digitalize and improve processes.

• Contribute to releases, testing, upgrades, and the continuous evolution of the CRM platform.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who brings:

• Fluent Dutch

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement), enabling you to quickly contribute to the existing Dynamics environment.

• Very good command of Dutch and English.

• Experience in the configuration, implementation, or optimization of Dynamics 365 solutions.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, is a strong advantage.

• Experience in a regulated environment, such as banking or insurance, is a plus.

• The ability to translate business requirements into user-friendly and sustainable CRM solutions.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with users, stakeholders, and IT colleagues.

• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility, combined with the motivation to become the internal go-to person for Dynamics 365 CRM.

• A customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset, with a drive for continuous process improvement.
