Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive technical training sessions for students or professionals.
• Design and develop training materials including slides, handbooks, and coding examples.
• Assess the learning needs of participants and tailor training content accordingly.
• Utilize programming languages such as Python to demonstrate coding principles and practical applications.
• Gather feedback from trainees and continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
• Conduct software coding workshops and troubleshooting sessions to enhance hands-on skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in technical training and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in various programming languages, with a particular emphasis on Python.
• Knowledge of software coding, development practices, and current industry trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage a diverse audience.
• Ability to create and maintain high-quality training resources.
• Enthusiasm for teaching, mentoring, and facilitating learning in a dynamic environment.

Nice to Have (Skills)

• Prior experience in curriculum design or educational content development.
• Certification in teaching or instructional design.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools for virtual classroom delivery.
• Experience in software development, cloud computing, or data structures, especially using Python.
