Technical Trainer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Technical Trainer to train students in programming, software development, and technical concepts, with a strong focus on placement readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical training in programming and software development concepts.
• Conduct practical sessions, coding exercises, and assessments.
• Prepare training materials, practice questions, and coding tasks.
• Identify student learning gaps and provide individual guidance.
• Train students for technical interviews and placement assessments.
• Track student performance and provide regular feedback.
• Stay updated with current technologies and industry requirements.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, or SQL.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and practically.
• Prior experience in technical training or teaching is preferred.
• Passion for mentoring and developing students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,052.98 - ₹30,000.00 per month
