Role Summary

We are looking for a Technical Trainer with hands-on knowledge of Java or React to conduct technical training programs. The candidate should be comfortable explaining programming concepts, conducting practical sessions, and mentoring learners.

Key Responsibilities -

• Deliver technical training sessions on Java or React.
• Explain programming concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Conduct hands-on coding exercises, assignments, and assessments.
• Mentor candidates and help them improve their technical skills.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, coding exercises, and assessments.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Address learner queries and provide technical guidance.
• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Java OR React.
• Good understanding of programming fundamentals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Candidates from any industry can apply.

Preferred Qualifications

• Any UG / PG qualification.
• 1- 3 years of relevant experience in technical training, development, mentoring, or a similar role.
• Candidates with hands-on development experience who are interested in transitioning into technical training can also be considered.
