Job Overview

Green Tiger Mobility is looking for a hands-on and technically skilled Technical Training & Field Support Manager to strengthen technical capabilities across its dealer network and provide advanced technical support. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in EV two-wheelers, automotive service, electrical diagnostics and technician training.

Key Responsibilities

• Train, assess and certify dealer technicians.
• Develop technical training modules, curriculums and onboarding programs.
• Conduct technical onboarding for new dealers.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to dealers.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and electronic issues.
• Develop troubleshooting SOPs, diagnostic guides and technical manuals.
• Create technical training videos and other learning materials.
• Track and manage technical escalations from the dealer network.
• Conduct technical audits at dealerships and identify capability gaps.
• Analyse recurring technical failures and conduct root cause analysis.
• Share technical findings with R&D and service teams for corrective action.
• Develop and maintain a technical capability matrix for dealer technicians.
• Travel to dealerships and field locations as required.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of EV two-wheeler systems and components.
• Battery systems and Battery Management Systems (BMS).
• Motors and motor controllers.
• DC-DC converters and chargers.
• Wiring, connectors and Hall sensors.
• Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Hands-on experience with multimeters and CAN diagnostics.
• Strong understanding of technical support and service processes.

Candidate Profile

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in technical training, field service or technical support.
• Experience in EV two-wheelers, automotive service, EV service networks or EV component/service organisations is preferred.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and technical teaching abilities.
• Comfortable training and mentoring dealer technicians.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field support and dealer visits.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
