Technical Trainer

1. Design Develop Heavy Equipment module Training.

2. Provide training report & evaluation.

3. Develop & implement schedule – enrolment training.

4. Conducts specialized training as necessary based on analysis.

5. Writes training policies and procedures.

6. Prepares reporting training .

7. Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.

Requirement :

1. Minimum D3 majoring in Mechanical Engineering or similiar Major.

2. Strong leadership & customer success oriented.

3. Great technical skill of heavy equipment.

4. Having experience in Heavy Industry with similar roles at least 5 years minimum.

5. Willing to work travel in domestics area.

6. Understand to operate the heavy equipment unit of HYUNDAI/ROKBAK/DYNAPAC/ZOOMLION/GENIE/

will be preffered.
