Technical Trainer

Develops and implements a variety of projects, including technical training and development projects requiring technical skills. Build competencies of new and existing employees and monitor compliance to the existing policies and procedures of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for planning and delivering pharmacy technical training, assessing training needs, maintaining training materials, and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of training programs. The role also gathers employee feedback and recommends improvements to training activities.

Qualifications

• BS Pharmacy graduate, preferably Licensed Pharmacist
• With 3 years experienced in community pharmacy setting
• Demonstrates high integrity, strong interpersonal and coordination skills, and exceptional customer service orientation.
• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational awareness and empathy, and innovative problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to be assigned to other branches (Pangasinan, Benguet, Ilocos, NCR)

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• Licensed Pharmacist (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
