Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver training programs for network operations teams on various networking technologies such as SNMP, NetFlow, and network monitoring tools.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse audiences.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to team members to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a technical educator or trainer.
- Strong expertise in networking technologies such as SNMP, NetFlow, and network monitoring tools like SolarWinds or Manage Engine.
- Proven track record of designing effective training programs that meet business objectives and improve employee performance.
