Technical Trainer (Contractual/Project-Based Ony)

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Training Specialist to join our ever-evolving Global Service Desk Team and help shape the future of global commerce. In this role, you'll drive develop and deliver training programs on payment processing products, processes and technologies for both internal and external customers. Maintain existing training content and systems resulting from analysis of system development, regulatory mandates and/or payment brand compliance. Provide presentations, demonstrations, advice and consultancy relating to systems and ancillary products. Evaluate to determine if business outcomes have been achieved. Follow up to ensure continuous improvement. Proactively expand existing and build new knowledge.

What you’ll own:

• Delivers simple, technical training content and a basic understanding of assigned subject(s) by following course syllabus with little to no deviation.
• Participates in on-site client support and training. Accompanies/supports higher level trainer/manager as needed.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Relevant Experience or Degree in: Additional experience in lieu of degree will be accepted
• Typically No Relevant Experience Required
• Training delivery experience.; relevant subject matter experience
• Willing to work onsite at Vertis North, Quezon City
• Willing to work on a shifting/rotational schedule
• Amenable to project-based/contractual employment for an initial period of one (1) year , with the possibility of extension based on business needs

It’s a bonus if you have:

• Experience in the credit card, payments, merchant acquiring, or fintech industry.
• Experience conducting product presentations, training sessions, or business reviews with customers and partners.
• A degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
