Job Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Instructor to deliver hands-on technical training to field technicians, installers, customers, and service partners on data center infrastructure solutions, including power distribution, busway/busbar, modular power systems, and cooling distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on technical and safety training.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, and lab exercises.
• Train teams on electrical power distribution, modular systems, and cooling infrastructure.
• Maintain training labs, tools, and equipment in safe working condition.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs.
• Collaborate with engineering, field operations, and technical support teams.

Qualifications:

• Two-year technical degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in electrical/mechanical installation, commissioning, or field service.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution systems, switchgear, and busway/busbar.
• Basic understanding of cooling systems, piping, and mechanical layouts.
• Experience delivering technical training or instructing adult learners.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual training platforms.
