Technical Trainer executive

Role & responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in domain process
• Urge to learn and develop subject matter expertise on various technical topics
• Ability to deliver trainings to primarily ASDC Trainees and also contingent

workforce, regular workmen and staff & vendor employees on domain

processes/product

• Create & design Training module/E-Learning Content in various forms like PPT,

Video, Animations, Quizzes, ILT Courses through ADDIE Instruction Design

approach.

• Coordinating with Plant Shops for TNI /Skill Matrix /Assessing Training

effectiveness.

• Provide Training to student entrant ASDC / Dual Scheme for NSQF Certification

Auto parts/Fitter /Service technician/Welder/Machinist

• Coordinate with external Agency for expert lecture/Students Registration /Exam

& Certification.

• Monitor Domain Lab facilities upkeep - all the tools & Equipment for Hands on

training.

• Enhance DOJO Training Lab for hands on Training (Cut model, Simulation

apparatus etc.)

• Maintain training documentation like MIS, Training Calendar etc.
• Conduct the Induction Training to new joinees
