Technical Trainer (Programming and Emerging Technologies)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver high-quality training programs for students on various software technologies such as Java, React.js, and others.
• Develop engaging lesson plans, presentations, and hands-on exercises to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Provide individualized support to students through one-on-one coaching sessions or group discussions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to update course materials and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in corporate training, technical faculty, or technical instruction roles.
• Strong expertise in at least two programming languages (Java) along with knowledge of front-end development frameworks like React.js.
• Excellent communication skills for effective presentation delivery and student interaction.
