Technical Training & Centre of Excellence Coordinator

Job Description :

• The Technical Training & Centre of Excellence Coordinator will be responsible for technical training,
• student coordination, university/college engagement, industry-academia collaboration,
• internship coordination, visitor management and day-to-day Centre of Excellence operations.
• The position will act as a key interface between Silver Oak University, Royal Enfield- COE, students, external institutions, industry representatives and visitors

Qualification:

• Graduate / Undergraduate Degree in relevant field
• with relevant automotive technical training or workshop experience.

Skills :

• Strong understanding of Automobile/Mechanical Engineering and motorcycle systems
• Knowledge of engines, electrical systems, diagnostics and workshop practices
• Strong communication, presentation and student-management skills
• University/college relationship and stakeholder-management abilities
• Planning, scheduling, documentation and organizational skills
• Ownership, accountability, teamwork, problem-solving and proactive approach
• Educational Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate Degree in relevant field with relevant automotive technical training or workshop experience.

• Circulation of Training details with Student (SOU, Non-SOU), collection of Nominations and taking followups
• University & Industry Engagement
• Silver Oak University–Royal Enfield Coordination – Documentation work
• Centre Operations & Facility Management
• Visitor & Guest Management
