Technical Training Associate (Engineers)

As a Technical Training Associate, you will design, organize, and facilitate technical training initiatives that strengthen employee competencies, support leadership development, and enhance onboarding and continuous learning across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Design and facilitate technical training programs and workshops
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and monitor training effectiveness
Coordinate training schedules, budgets, and learning resources
Support onboarding and cadetship development programs
Maintain training records and ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and EHS standards
Partner with internal stakeholders and external training providers to deliver impactful learning experiences

Qualifications
✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any technical-related course (Licensed Engineer is an advantage)
✔ At least 3 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in flour milling, bread, or pasta production
✔ Experience in training facilitation or instructional delivery
✔ Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and other quality management systems
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
