Technical Training Engineer

Job Purpose: To conduct technical training, provide professional technical support for air conditioning products to distributors and employees, and manage technical documentation including spare part lists and manuals.

Work Location: Ladkrabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and conduct technical service training for dealers and employees.
• Provide technical support to distributors via telephone and email to resolve issues.
• Develop Spare Part Lists and Technical Manuals for new product models.
• Manage technical data on the TECH-INFO web and service applications.
• Analyze feedback and propose quality improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronics, mechanical engineering or related field.

• Expertise: Technical Training Skill and Data Analysis.

• Language: Good command of English (both speaking and writing).

• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint & other tools for training materials)

• Soft Skills: Strong presentation skills & Service-oriented mindset.

Benefits & Welfare:

Monthly Compensation: Base Salary + Position Allowance

Language Allowance (TOEIC):

• Score 600 - 699: 1,500 THB / month
• Score 700+: 2,000 THB / month

Annual Bonus: Total 5 – 6 Months (1-month Fixed + 4-4.5 months Variable)

Provident Fund: Employee contribution up to 15%, with employer match up to 9% (Eligible from Day 1)

Medical Expense Reimbursement: Coverage extends to family members

Working Days: Monday – Friday (07:50 – 17:10)

Transportation: Shuttle Bus Service provided
