Technical Training Head

JOB SUMMARY

• Under the direct supervision of the Manager for HR/Admin/Training, the Training Head is responsible for ensuring that all planned training for newly hired, cross trained, transferred and skill enhancement are properly implemented.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Engineering graduate; preferably ECE, EE or equivalent with management background.
• 5-10 years technical experience in Electronics Assembly plant, with an equal length of experience in handling people on a managerial, or at least, supervisory level.
• Must know how to use internet to use as reference for any technical information that maybe needed, basic knowledge of Excel, Word and power point to use for presentation.
• Good analytical ability, quick correlation of cause and effect, improvisation of corrective measures to meet unexpected developments needed, good snap judgment and decisiveness a must.
• Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao, Laguna

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
