Technical Training Instructor

BTSMC Managing Solutions, Inc. is urgently looking for a Technical Training Instructor to be assigned in Pagbilao, Quezon Province.

General Description

The Technical Learning and Development (L&D) Sr. Instructor designs, develops, and delivers technical training programs that enhance workforce capability and support operational excellence. The role facilitates learning through classroom, computer-based, scenario-based, and on-the-job training, while collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to align training initiatives with organizational goals, industry standards, and emerging technologies. The position also evaluates training effectiveness and drives continuous improvement based on learner performance and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Completion learning needs analysis and competency assessment
• Design and development of training modules
• Training delivery and facilitation
• Evaluation and effectiveness review of provided L&D programs
• Learning design, training delivery and facilitation, and evaluation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or College Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, and Electrical Engineering or any related course
• PRC Engineering License is required
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in technical L&D development, delivery and facilitation, and evaluation
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in operations and maintenance in thermal power plant generation
