We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Training Instructor to support both Process and Quality Technician training needs in the Fremont Factory. This role focuses on teaching foundational and advanced skills in quality inspection, process optimization, mechanical and electrical systems, metrology, automation, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation practices. The primary goal is to develop competent, confident technicians through clear instruction, hands-on practice, mentoring, and training performance feedback. The Process & Quality Technical Training Instructor must have a passion for teaching others, possess strong interpersonal skills, and displays excellent extensive hands-on practical application for competencies. This Instructor role will be relied upon to seek ways to improve training delivery, technician outcomes, and the overall training program for both Quality and Process paths.

- Teach core technical topics including basic electricity, ESD practices, metrology tools, mechanical principles, electrical circuits and components, GD&T, technical drawing interpretation, and process-specific skills
- Clearly explain technical concepts — from basic inspection tasks to process optimization and electrical/mechanical theory — in a way that is easy to understand for adult learners with varying experience levels
- Demonstrates fact-based decision making, leads by example, maintains high standards of integrity, technical accuracy, and safety awareness
- Use practical exercises, real-world manufacturing scenarios, simulations, and live production examples to reinforce learning for both Quality and Process Technician responsibilities
- Utilize LMS to create sessions, record student progress and account for attendance
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Technician, Process Technician, or similar technical manufacturing role (Engineering degree or equivalent technical education is preferred)
- Strong practical background in quality inspection, process troubleshooting, metrology, automation, problem-solving, and production line support
- Experience teaching, mentoring, or training others with the proven ability to explain technical concepts to entry-level and intermediate audiences
- Ability to design and deliver clear, well-structured, hands-on training sessions that engage learners
- Ability to produce measurable skill development in both quality and process disciplines
- Ability to demonstrate the correct use of quality tools, test equipment, automation systems, and software used in both quality and process roles
