Place For You. Job Summary Responsible For The Development, coordination, and delivery of technical and non-technical training

programs, including assisting with instructional materials, LMS

administration, and Operator Qualification (OQ) activities. This

includes various Electric Distribution Occupations that require

apprenticeship program administration. Conducts and/or supports training

sessions, evaluations, field observations, and recordkeeping to promote

safety, operational compliance, and workforce development. Identifies

opportunities to improve training materials, delivery methods, and

overall program effectiveness. Job Responsibilities Lead development and

delivery of technical training courses and progression testing Conduct

training needs analysis and define learning solutions Develop and

maintain technical work methods and procedures Design structured

learning objectives and curriculum Lead LMS administration and training
