Technical Training Officer

• Develop and implement annual training plans and programs
• Conduct technical, operational, safety, GMP, refresher, and soft skills training programs
• Facilitate soft skills training such as communication, teamwork, leadership, workplace professionalism, and employee engagement
• Coordinate training schedules with department heads and supervisors
• Monitor employee competency and training compliance
• Maintain training records, certifications, and documentation
• Conduct training needs analysis and competency gap assessment
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvement actions
• Prepare training reports and monitoring updates
• Assist during audits related to training and competency requirements
• Support onboarding and orientation of newly hired employees
• Promote continuous improvement and employee development initiatives

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Education, Human Resources, Food Technology, Psychology, or related field
• At least 3-5 years experience in manufacturing or plant operations training
• Experience in handling technical and soft skills training programs
• Background in manufacturing or food industry is an advantage
