What they need
- Design and update technical training modules and materials on Hino products (Engine, electrical, chassis, transmission, etc.).
- Prepare technical manuals, presentations, hands-on activity guides, and assessments.
- Conduct classroom and practical training for dealer technicians at HMP training center or dealer sites.
- Support implementation of Hino technician certification program and skills contest.
- Coordinate with Service and Technical Departments on technical issues for inclusion in future training
- Prepare training setups and ensure safety protocols are followed during hands-on sessions.
