What they need
Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls for the VI (Vodafone Idea) telecom process, provide technical assistance, and support issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical and service-related queries.
- Provide backend support and coordinate for issue resolution.
- Record complaints, updates, and resolutions accurately.
- Follow up with customers and internal teams until closure.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Malayalam & English.
- Basic technical and computer knowledge.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to handle calls and multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay: From ₹10,500.00 per month
