Technical Voice Process

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat for various IT services and products.
• Troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, network connectivity, and other technical problems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 1-10 years of experience in a similar role providing technical support for IT services and products.
• Strong knowledge of AT&S (Application Testing & Support), Arlo (Security Cameras), Bell Canada (Telecommunications), BT Group (Telecom Operations), ChargePoint (Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure), Concentrix Daksh Services (Business Process Outsourcing), D2D company (Data Recovery Services), Falcon (Software Solutions), Foundever (Customer Experience Management), HCL Technologies (IT Consulting & Services), Hexaware Technologies (IT Services & Consulting).
• Proficiency in iOPEX Technologies (IT Operations Management) would be an added advantage.
