Job Overview

Sutherland is hiring Technical Customer Service (TCS) Associates to join the Neighbor Solutions / Community Support team.

The role involves assisting customers with their device-related queries, setup, connectivity issues, and technical troubleshooting while delivering a professional and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and professional technical support to customers.
• Handle customer queries through inbound and outbound voice interactions.
• Troubleshoot device setup, connectivity, Wi-Fi, and other technical issues.
• Listen patiently, understand customer concerns, and identify appropriate solutions.
• Investigate, document, resolve, and escalate technical issues when required.
• Navigate multiple applications and research solutions efficiently.
• Develop strong knowledge of products, services, and device features.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent customer support.
• Identify recurring customer issues and communicate trends to leadership.
• Suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Advocate for customers and ensure their concerns are appropriately addressed.

Eligibility & Skills

• Education: High School Graduate / Diploma, or currently enrolled in college/university.
• Experience: Freshers to 5+ year of customer-facing/customer service experience in international voice process.
• Strong interest in consumer technology.
• Experience troubleshooting technical devices.
• Basic understanding of Wi-Fi and network connectivity.
• Good typing, grammar, active listening, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle difficult customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
• Comfortable working in a full-time rotational schedule, including evenings and weekends.

What You'll Be Doing

You will help customers with their devices every day from initial setup and configuration to diagnosing and resolving complex technical problems.
