Technical Voice Support Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical voice support to customers through phone calls, chats, and emails.
• Troubleshoot issues related to software applications, hardware devices, and network connectivity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 1-10 years of experience in international voice process or technical customer support.
• Strong knowledge of chat support processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over the phone or via email.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
