Requirements
Create and maintain clear and easy-to-understand technical documentation.
Write user guides, product documentation, SOPs, and other technical materials.
Work with technical teams to gather and understand information.
Review and update documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Fresh graduate from Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Able to simplify and explain technical information clearly.
Detail-oriented with good writing and editing skills.
Good understanding of basic IT/technology concepts.
Internship or relevant experience in technical writing or documentation is a plus.
