Duties

• Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation including user manuals, installation guides, API references, and system specifications tailored for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to gather technical information and interpret complex concepts into accessible content.
• Utilize content management systems and documentation tools to organize, update, and publish content efficiently.
• Create visual aids such as diagrams and flowcharts using graphic design software like Visio to enhance understanding.
• Edit and proofread all technical materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
• Conduct research on new products or features to produce accurate and comprehensive documentation.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders through Agile workflows to continuously improve documentation quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical writing or related roles within software or technology environments.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for document creation and editing.
• Skilled in using Visio for creating diagrams and visual representations of complex processes.
• Excellent editing, proofreading, and technical interpretation skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with content creation for technical audiences across various platforms and formats.
• Experience with Agile methodologies supporting iterative development cycles.
• Knowledge of software documentation standards, content management systems, and documentation tools such as Confluence or MadCap Flare.
• Strong communication skills in English to clearly convey technical information effectively.
• Ability to research thoroughly and translate technical data into user-friendly language while maintaining accuracy.
• Technical proficiency in graphic design software for creating visual content that complements written materials.
