Technical Writer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer to create clear, accurate, and engaging technical content for HeadSpin’s products, solutions, and target audiences. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience creating content for SaaS, enterprise technology, software testing, or related technical domains.

The Technical Content Writer will work closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to create clear, accurate, and high-impact content across blogs, solution pages, campaigns, and marketing assets.

This role requires curiosity about technology, strong research ability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn enterprise-grade content standards.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Content Creation

• Assist in writing and updating blogs related to software testing, AI, mobile performance, automation, and digital experience technologies
• Support creation of solution pages, brochures, case studies, and website content
• Draft social media posts, campaign content, and email marketing copy
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets such as LinkedIn posts, infographics, and campaign snippets

Research & Technical Understanding

• Conduct structured research using industry reports, technical documentation, and credible sources
• Understand product capabilities and translate technical concepts into clear business messaging
• Maintain factual accuracy and alignment with product positioning

Content Operations

• Follow SEO guidelines including keyword usage, metadata creation, and content structure
• Support content updates for existing webpages and blogs
• Ensure consistency in tone, formatting, and brand messaging
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams during campaigns and launches

Collaboration

• Work with senior writers and product marketing teams to refine messaging
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently
• Participate in campaign execution for product launches, events, and industry initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in technical content writing
• Strong written English with clarity and logical flow
• Ability to simplify technical topics without losing accuracy
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SaaS, enterprise technology, or B2B marketing
• Familiarity with software testing, DevOps, AI, or mobile applications (academic or practical)
• Understanding of LinkedIn or digital marketing content formats
